REMOVERS

MA-4000 - Remover- thinner-degreaser, removes lubricants, oils, wax, silicone, asphalt, resins, evaporates quickly.
SA-2000 - Remover-medium degreaser, ideal for brakes, clutch components, transmission gears, tools, etc. removes majority of lubricants, oils, wax and asphalt, evaporates quickly and leaves the surface dry and degreased. Ideal for repair works and assembly.
RT-177 – Rust remover, penetrant. Penetrates rust, can be applied onto the wet surfaces, acid-free.
RTF-169 - Rust remover with PTFE, penetrant. Dissolves rust, facilitates dismantling of corroded components, protects from rust and moisture, effective. Temperature from - 54°C to 247°C.
AR-326 – Anti-rust
SSP-630 – Industrial polisher for stainless steel, laminates and other non-absorbant surfaces. Removes dirt, grease and leaves the surface clean and polished – it prevents from dirt and dust sedimentation and has anti-corrosion properties. It also removes fresh silicone and non-cured epoxide resins.
DL-44 – Citrus remover, ideal for removing stickers and labels, printing ink, dissolves grease, oil, resin, soot, non-cured adhesives. Softens and refreshes rubber components.
EA-264 – Cleaning agent for motors, remover, degreaser, removes lubricants, grease, oil. Recommended for cleaning of the porous surfaces covered with lubricant, cleaning of machines, tools, motors, motor components, roof tiles, concrete floors, degreasing surfaces before painting, galvanization, etc. Removes also difficult oil and lubricant stains from working clothing. Non-caustic.
EL-K80 – Remover for electric contacts, removes sediments, specially destined for electronic components, degreases, does not leave any sediments. Anti-moisture properties.
EL-K80S – Lubricating remover for electric contacts, removes sediments, specially destined for electronic components, degreases, does not leave any sediments. Anti-moisture properties, after application, it leaves thin lubricating film, which prevents from moisture.
GF-154 – Active foam, removes dirt and grease without water. Used for glass laminates, windows, mirrors, TV and computer screens. Can also be used for cleaning textiles: carpets, fitted carpets, upholstery.

COATINGS AND PRIMERS

Zn-595 – Zinc coating. Fast-drying, long-term protection of metal surfaces, additional in relation to hot-dip zinc coatings, pure zinc content in the layer is higher than 95%, long-term anti-corrosion protection according to DIN 50021 and 53167, unbreakable, suitable for painting, temperature durability up to +500°C, salt mist testing – not less than 540 hours.

ZA-550 – Zinc-aluminum layer. Smooth, non-porous, 300 hours of salt mist testing, practical during welding, temperature durability up to +480°C, fast-drying, light, metallic luster, very adhesive, dry after approx. 20 minutes.

Al.-480 - Aluminum spray. Silver, semi-matt, 99% pure aluminum, resistant to temperature up to +480°C.

Al.-800 - Aluminum spray. Long-lasting anti-corrosion protection, 99.5% pure aluminum, for welds, resistant to temperature up to +800°C.

CR-316 – Stainless steel in spray. Contains pigments from stainless steel. Durable coating, resistant to temperature up to +400°C.

VF-600 – Heat-resistant varnish.

ELS-33 – Protection coating. Protects against corrosion, moisture, rust. Resistant to temperature up to +130°C. Long-lasting protection up to 12 months.

PS-201 – Black, anti-corrosion agent based on rubber/synthetic wax. Excellent corrosion inhibitor, prevents from salt, can be used as sound-proof agent, can be easily painted after application and drying. Recommended for application on the external parts of machines or devices and new internal parts of machines as durable anti-corrosion protection.

TP-15 – Anti-corrosion product, colorless, ideal for the protection of tools, connecting rods, crankshafts, rollers, cylinders, any metal surface etc. Effective In temperature from -30°C to +80°C.

BF-22 – Injection moulds protection.

LG-90 – Light grey primer.

RBG-80 – Red-brown primer. Fast drying, anti-corrosion coating, resistant to temperature up to +120°C.

RAL INDUSTRIAL VARNISH – Varnishes: Black, matt, colorless. Fast drying, non fading, used for metal, plastic, wood etc.

MARKING PAINTS – in spray, blue, red, white, yellow.

OILS AND LUBRICANTS

US-45 – Universal oil. Penetrates and lubricates, protects against rust and moisture.

GL-68 – Oil for slides. Oil for all types of machine tools, prevents from frictional oscillation. Temperature max. up to 190°C.

KK-2002 – Chain oil. For conservation of ropes, chains, mechanical sub-assemblies, joints, transmission gears and chain saws. Very sticky, very adhesive, resistant to rinsing out, displaces water. Temperature from - 30°C to 180°C.

USD-H1 - Chain oil. Synthetic, very good adhesive properties, very sticky, waterproof. Temperature from - 30°C to 180°C. NSF certified.

TRI-17 – Oil with PTFE, multi-task, very durable, synthetic, colorless, excellent penetrating and lubricating properties. For machines and precision mechanics devices. Temperature from - 50°C to 250°C.

VET-68 – Sterile oil. Mineral, colorless, odorless, versatile application: for chains, lines of rollers, conveyors, rails, slides, presses, transmission gears. Protects from rust, resistant to washing with water or steam. Temperature from - 18°C to 185 °C. NSF certified.

EP-25 – Universal lubricant (bucket). For all the types of bearings, resistant to washing, anti-corrosion. Temperature from - 30°C to 140°C

SC-4 – Silicone lubricant (bucket). Protection against moisture and rust for metal, ceramic, rubber, PVC, chrome etc. surfaces. Temperature from -50°C do 200 st. C. NSF certified.

MG-270 – Lubricant with PTFE, highly penetrative, resistant to high pressure, very adhesive, synthetic, waterproof. Temperature from - 30°C to 240°C.

BL-2X – Bearing lubricant (bucket). Contains MoS2, for roller bearing, prevents from oxidation, long-lasting effect. Temperature from - 30°C to 180°C

FDA-G2 – White bearing lubricant, used in food industry (spray). For roller bearing, ball bearings, resistant to rinsing out by water. Paraffin-based. Temperature – 30°C to 180°C.

TG-2S – Transmission gear lubricant. Contains MoS2 elements and graphite. Anti-corrosion, waterproof, very good adhesive properties.

FC-300 – Dry lubrication (PTFE). White powder PTFE, reduces frictions, prevents from agglutination and electrostatic charges. Resistant to oils and water.

GDL-650 – Dry sliding varnish. Fast drying, reduces frictions, contains MoS2 and graphite, electro-conducting. Temperature - 180°C to 450°C.

ASSEMBLY PASTES

CU-1200 – Copper paste (box) preventing from seizing, reduces ware, simplifies reparation works, does not melt, doest not run down. Temperature - 40°C to 1200°C
HTS-1400 – Assembly paste containing elements of steel and graphite, recommended to protect screw joint. Temperature max. + 1400°C.
RG-1100 – Assembly paste containing elements of copper, aluminum and graphite, waterproof, moisture proof and temperature proof. Resistant to the action of alkyl mixtures, acids, chemicals, steam, ionized and sea water. Temperature up to 1100°C.
MF-1400 – White assembly paste. Used in aggressive environments, does not contain elements of metals. Temperature - 40°C to 1400°C.

SEPARATING AND SLIDING PRODUCTS

TRV-36 - TRV-36 Separating and sliding agent (without silicone). Separator for injection moulds, so called, „dry coating”, prevents from agglutinantion, delicate for metal, rubber, plastic, effective up to+250°C, one application is enough for 40/50 moulders.
TMV-91 – Separator for moulds (without silicone). For extruders, without silicone, Temperature max. 130°C.
RH-200 – Sliding agent, based on silicone, used for the rubber and PVC parts. Reduces frictions. Can be used in, e.g. printing industry, in order to protect cutting devices, as it prevents from electric conduction. Temperature max to +200°C. NSF certified.
GM-12 - Sliding agent, 36% of silicone. Facilitates installations and fitting up the power cables, rubber bushings, pipelines. Temperature from - 50°C to 200°C.
CS-1300 – Separating and sliding agent. Used in packing machines, presses, mechanical plate shears, transportation belts, joint gluers, injection moulding machines, sewing room, etc. This agent prevents from seizing and cuts in the processed material and processing devices caused by high temperatures, as well as it prevents from unwanted agglutination. Based on silicone. NSF certified.
